Windows 10: Windows apps not working.

I updated my PC from windows 10.0 to win 1903. After updating I checked windows store was not working and I found apps like camera, photos, Calender, Mail etc were not working either.
I searched on google about restoring windows store and tried few methods but they did not work.
Methods :
1. Fix store using wsreset command.
2. Removing all Store apps and reinstalling them.
3. Removing Msstore only and reinstall it.
4. Using troubleshooter.
5. Using new user account.
Please, I need help . ..........
And now I cannot find windows store in Get-AppxPackage -allusers :

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
