Windows 10: Windows apps won't open

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?? My windows apps (Microsoft store,Camera,3D Viewer,Mail, Windows Media Player,Cortana,Groove Music,Maps) refuse to open. This problem occurs for most apps that are just prebuilt into windows or downloaded through Microsoft Store. And also the windows firewall service in my services.msc seems to be greyed out so I cannot enable or disable or even run it

Already tried :

1. Using Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} in my windows powershell (ran as administrator) (While in the middle of the process a bunch of red words appear)

2)Using sfc/scannow in my cmd and powershell (also ran as administrator)

3)Resetting those apps from windows settings

4)Troubleshooting Microsoft store (Says One problem not fixed - Hanging or Crashing apps)

5) Using these commands Command 1: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth Command 2: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth Command 3: net stop wuauserv cd %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution ren Download Download.old net start wuauserv net stop bits net start bits net stop cryptsvc cd %systemroot%\system32 ren catroot2 catroot2old net start cryptsvc

I am hopeless right now. I haven't edited any registry values related to windows. The first time this problem occured was when I updated to Windows 2004 or something, In the middle of the restart it said "Update failed" and then these apps started acting like that. Any help will be appreciated. I am using Windows 10 Home 64bit

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Refer to the below link:

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Skype won´t wok in 17063

Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
