Windows 10: Windows audio causing high CPU usage and audio stutter spikes

This just started recently and i cant find anything helpful on the internet.

I believe I am on version 2004

I have a Tascam us 4x4 audio interface. I have uninstalled drivers and tried numerous command prompt commands (sfc scannow etc.) I have been using this device for years with no issues like this which makes me believe an update has caused this.

The 2 services are:

Service Host: Windows Audio Endpoint Builder

Service Host: Local Service (Network Restricted)

I mainly notice this problem on discord when my mic will stop working and people in the room start cutting in and out

I've tried:

sfc /scannow dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

rebooting, uninstall tascam drivers, update to latest windows, end task in task manager.

Audiodg.exe Spikes Cpu Usage

Every 5 minutes or so audiodg.exe spikes my cpu usage to about 50% and any audio im playing cuts out and then comes back a second or 2 later. The video is completely fine and it's not a problem with
my USB Headset. audiodg.exe stays at low cpu usage when it's not spiking.

Solutions I've tried:

1. turning off audio enhancements
2. reinstalling lan, and audio drivers
3. turning off HPET
4. lowering the sound quality in control panel
5. DPC Latency checker (no change when spiking)

None of these solutions work. Please help.

 

High Definition Audio Device causes cursor lag spikes

Hello,

I have been having mouse issues for several hours. About every ten seconds, the cursor will freeze in place, and then catch up to where my mouse is about a second later. As mild as it is, it's very annoying. I went through the usual steps, updating mouse
drivers, graphics card drivers, plugging into different usb ports etc. In safe mode, this didn't happen. Task manager showed no spikes in disk or CPU usage when the cursor lag happened. I finally found a tip that audio drivers can sometimes interfere with
the mouse. In my device manager, I have two audio drivers. "High Definition Audio Device" by Microsoft, and NVIDIA High Definition Audio. Disabling or uninstalling NVIDIA High Definition Audio does nothing, but when I disable or uninstall High Definition Audio
Device, the lag spikes don't happen. Of course, then I have no audio. What can I do? Do I have to choose audio or functional mouse?

I'm running intel DH77KC, Motherboard and After the Famous Windows !803 Update

I'm getting Crazy Audio stuttering in my Music DAW .. CPU usage spiking all the time.

I was praying that someone could Please Help me out, with a solution.. ?
