Windows 10: "Windows Audio Endpoint Creator" consumes high CPU.

Computer Information:

OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
OS Version: 10.0.18363 N / A Build 18363 Version 1909
Processor: Intel R Core TM i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz 3.30GHz
Ram: 8GB
System Type: 64 Bit

"Windows Audio Endpoint Creator" consumes high CPU.

The list of actions taken to fix the problem is as follows:

• All updates are open and installed.
• Drivers are uninstalled and system rebooted.
• The drivers were downloaded manually from the "Intel & Realtek" site and installed.
• The sign-in options of Windows Audio related services from the Services were selected as "Account Below" and set to "Local Service".
• "Enhancements" from speaker features have been disabled.
• System is reset / formatted.
• Windows versions 1909 & 20H2 were used and no solution was found.
• All computer cables have been disconnected and reconnected.
• 
  The computer was cleaned and the necessary thermal treatments were applied
  

Every action written above has been taken and a solution was not found.
An old driver was found and installed, but this time the sound started to sound intermittent.

The computer automatically switches itself between other audio options; The old and new driver did not matter for this problem until they disconnected the USB & Jack connector on the front panel from the motherboard.

Even after doing this, the current high CPU spending could not be resolved.

Windows Audio Endpoint Creator's CPU Value is constantly changing from 10 - 15 - 19 - 25.
How is this situation with you?

Note: The reset / format files used belong to Microsoft and have not been downloaded from any program site.

Windows Audio Endpoint Builder high CPU Usage

Hi, I've been experiencing high CPU usage by Windows Audio Endpoint Builder as well as Local Service for the past couple of days, would really appreciate any help I could get to fix this problem.

I've had this problem for like a week now. Windows Audio endpoint builder is using like 25% to 50% of my cpu. I don't know what could be causing the problem. I've tried SFC scans, i have tried almost everything.

They are some times not running at all and every thing is OK and some times they running at a sudden and makes every thing very slow
