Windows Audio slowly gets more delayed with time

So recently after installed the newest Win 10 update Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363

I started having some issues with the audio where the longer something played for example a youtube video, the bigger the desynchronization is. Ive tried using the audio troubleshooter, reinstalling Realtek drivers, replacing those with Microsoft HD Audio Drivers, reinstalling Microsoft HD Audio Drivers and restarting the computer. Weirdly enough when restarting the Computer the Audio stay in sync for a few hours but then after some random amount of uptime it starts happening again.

It first makes a weird sort of Skipping sound for a split second before the delay starts. After that at random more and more skipping sounds play and with each one the delay gets worse. I dont know what to do against this please help.

    :)

    Delay audio for specific device

My personal opinion is that adding a delay to the computer audio is not a precise
    solution, for two reasons :

    • There is no way that you can measure exactly the required delay
    • Such a delay will be confusing for everyday work with the computer.

I suggest instead using a software product that specializes in mixing audio
and can solve the delay problem without introducing new problems.

An example product is the free
    VB-Audio VoiceMeeter Banana.

    The
    VoiceMeeter Banana User Manual
describes how to add an action via MACRO Buttons (page 29):

One of the programmable actions does a delay on the strip numbered i :

I have no experience with the product, but I believe that you could use
this feature to introduce an audio delay.

Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
