Windows 10: Windows Auto-Filling NAS login information

Hello all,Slightly strange situation; we have a NAS device that is used as a repository for most data and it seems that Windows is automatically storing username details without saving them in credential manager. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but some users have a normal user and an administrator account and the administrator accounts can't be used currently. The issue occurs on both Windows 10 and 11.The NAS is a Synology device and I have been through everything with their support and they have confirmed nothing on their end is causing an issue. I think the issue is caused because the

If it is internet explorer, I would suggest you enable the auto fill feature in internet explorer and check if it helps.

How do I delete an auto-fill email address entry?

I have an email address for a friend that is wrong, but auto-fill often enters this wrong address and I don't catch it.

The wrong email address is not in the people/contacts list; it must be an auto-fill within the Windows 10 mail app.

Is there a way to stop this auto-fill?
