Windows 10: Windows auto update crashed my lap top internal hard drive.

I have an Acer laptop and after a Windows automatic update it was acting very strange and then my hard drive a Seagate, begin beeping as if the read are is stuck. After reading all the comments all over the Internet and in this forum I believe a class action suit is in order, has that happened yet? where can I sign up? It doesn’t matter how big you are, if there is an issue with your program, and obviously there is ...we deserve compensation.

HP Lap Top Hard Drive replacement

After installing Windows 10 in my hp lap top I have to replace the Hard Drive. I can get a new one for about $60 but my question is Do I have to install a new Windows program or is it built in? If so how do I go back to Windows 8.1 I do not want Windows

Internal hard drive

I have an internal hard drive, that I installed over a year ago. It is no longer listed in "This Computer. " It is only a year or 2 old. before I replace it is there a way to look for it in file management. Maybe a windows update changed a setting?
