Windows 10: Windows Automatic Repair Loop

My desktop pc recently started to continually get into an automatic repair loop. I think its because I edited permissions in the registry editor, and I may have turned off the system’s access to it. I’ve opened registry editor from the command prompt in automatic repair and the permissions reset, but also the things I added weren’t there. My computer blue screens when I exit automatic repair. What should I do? My computer is Windows 10

Startup repair. The repair will attempt to fix any broken components/files which may prevent your device from booting properly. To do this, follow the steps below:

• On theAutomatic Repair screen, select Advanced options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Select Advanced options.
• Select Startup Repair.
