    Windows Automatic Repair 'Select Account'

I start up my laptop and it goes into automatic repair, but then takes me to a blank blue screen with a question. That takes me to 'select account' and it only has a restart button. I press the restart button. Then the whole process goes again. It keeps looping. How do I fix this?

    :)
