    Windows Automatically Moving and Resizing


    Hello,Occasionally, when I wake my laptop up from Sleep Mode, windows will randomly resize and move through out the screen. Please see the attached picture for an example. Before I put my laptop on Sleep Mode, all three Sticky Notes were the same size as "Note A" and "Note C". When I woke my laptop up from Sleep&n

    Hi Bob,

    There may be several reasons why you are unable to resize or move applications after installing an update. To better assist you with your concern, we would like you to answer the questions below:

    • Does it happen only on one application?
    • Which application are you having issues resizing or moving?

    In the meantime, we suggest you to run the Windows 10 troubleshooter. Kindly follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key +X, select
      Control panel
    • Change the view by option on the top right to
      Large icons
    • Click on troubleshooting and click on the
      view all option on the left panel
    • Run the Windows Store apps troubleshooter
    Let us know how it goes.

    Windows 10 - my windows resize automatically and move to top left of the screen

    My surface pro 3 is doing the exact same thing. I updated to windows 10 and now all my windows automatically resize to the upper left side of the screen. I tried to update the graphics driver but it would not install. Tried everything suggested but still
    experiencing the same problems. Also having problems with the touch screen behaving erratically when I try to resize windows or move them around. It is very annoying and really hope it gets resolved soon. please fix this Microsoft!

    Windows Automatically Moving and Resizing

    Unable to resize or move the start window

    I just picked up a new laptop with windows 10 build 15063.726 and I am unable to resize or move the start window. I get the double pointed arrow to resize but nothing happens in either direction nor can I move the window to a better place. I can add/delete
    tiles or change tile size but not the window. Any suggestions to fix or try?

    This is super annoying.
