Windows 10: Windows Automatically Taking Snip and Copying it to my Clipboard and Making My PC Lag

Windows is Automatically Taking Snips and Copying it my Clipboard and doing it like 10-20 times a minute randomly, I looked for the solution so I found these things:-1. If I turn on Prt Scr Button to Take Snip, Rather of copying my whole screen to clipboard it is poping up snipping menu many times.2. If I turn off Prt Scr Button to Take Snip it Just take snips in background and copy it my clipboard and makes my PC lag.3. I have restarted my PC many times. Still It happens.4. Disconnected all peripherals still it happensI am sick of it I have uninstalled Snip and Sketch App too, Its too annoyin

Snip & Sketch overrides clipboard

I configured my Snip & Sketch app so that snips will not automatically copied. But they are always copied automatically to the clipboard. I did the troubleshooting
steps such as computer rebooting but all in vain

 

Snip & Sketch keeps overriding clipboard

I have my Snip & Sketch app configured to NOT automatically copy snips to the clipboard, but it keeps copying them automatically to the clipboard. I have rebooted the computer, but the issue persists. I would like this app to not automatically override my
clipboard with new snips.

Snip & Sketch - Does not take snip after selection

I have used Snip & Sketch for a long time without problem. A day ago I brought it up, selected a part of the screen, released the mouse key, and nothing happened. The screen was still grayed out and the selection was still on the screen. I can click on
another part of the screen and the selection will go away but there is nothing in the clipboard.

Have tried the following so far.

1. Installed all patches with Windows Update
2. Rebooted
3. Uninstalled Snip & Sketch and Reinstalled
4. Run Windows App Trouble Shooter
5. Reset Windows Store via Powershell
6. Set Auto copy to clipboard to On
7. Tried other selection types (line, window, full screen)
8. Turned on Save Snips but no option to save file after snip
9. Saw an option to created a new Windows account but that would be a pretty big deal to lose all my current settings and security.

Any other suggestions?
