Windows 10: Windows Back Up Hangs at 97%

May I please get some help backing up my computer? I bought an external hard drive that I wish to back up my entire system to. I am not interested in One Drive or any online storage. However, my back up hangs up at 97% creating system image. Now it tells me the back up was not successful and it skipped some files. Why is this happening? What can I do to fix it?

System Image Backup has been deprecated and is no longer supported.

Usually, when SIB 'hangs' at 97%, it is still working. Although it displays 97%, it usually only about 50% complete. If you have a disk activity light you should still see it working.

Look at free versions of Macrium Reflect or AOMEI BackUpper

N 97 hangs while accepting calls

Hi

I bought my N 97 3 days back, the first handset I got was giving me a lot of proeblem , it was hanging frequently, moreover I had added another 8 GB additional memory card to it. The major problem faced was whenever the key pad is locked and a call comes
it flashes for 2 options one to accept the call and 2nd to unlock the phone, sometimes when I swipe on the accept call option it works fine but sometimes the phone hangs, in the sense the same page is viewed and once the call is over the phone display remains
blank(theme background) every time this happens I restart the phone and it works fine till the next time it hangs. I got the handset replaced as well but in the new one I am facing same problem. Please suggest what needs to be done.
