  1. Windows Background Services need to restart - looks hinky

I have twice in two days received a message box alerting me that Windows background services need to restart.I tell the message box to go ahead.I am asked for permission to allow it to run.Today, after this, I got the following message box which really does not look like anything designed by Microsoft.Anyone who may be able to give me an idea of what is happening.Windows 10 Pro.

    :)

Windows Service not running at computer startup / restart.

@Samurai - Thanks for the suggestion, but how does this recommendaiton work with an already existing service? Because the service is already listed in the services list, it just refuses to start when set to "Automatic" when I startup or restart the computer.

By the looks of the "runaservice" download, it will create a whole new service in the services list, as if I don't currently have one.
