Windows 10: Windows Backup. Error message 0x80070005 "Access is denied".

Hello everybody. I am Insider Preview, running Build 21277. Actually I did a mess with permissions trying and fixing my external backup drive. So, no way my backup works, I'm always denied to run that. Please, any help in order to fix this issue? Thanks in advance, greysmouth BO IT.

Hello,

I have problem with Control Panel -> Backup and Restore (Windows 7) -> Create a system image (I want to backup C: and Recovery parition).

I've tried to use my second partition (D:) of same drive and also Ext.HDD, but it always fail.

I've turned off UAC.

I've tried to kill Webroot (Antivirus).

I've tried this command in Powershell (elevated):

"WBADMIN Start Backup -BackupTarget:F: -include:C: -allCritical -quiet" (F: is my Ext.HDD, I've tried same with D:and also without -quiet parameter ),

and it has reported "Access denied".

I've taken ownership of entire Ext.HDD (including subcontainers and objects).

Access denied. Again...

I've noticed erros (after failed backup) in eventwvr -> Win Logs -> Application and one of them is (ID 513) :
