    Windows bar is not working, and Service host occupy over 30% of CPU power.


    Hi all, I edited my host file via notepad a couple days ago because some websites that I used to block were still to work, and I add a lot on it. After that I did ipconfig /flushdns, but it did not go through. So I restarted my laptop. When it wake up, I could not connect to the internet. I opened my task manager. I found Service host and some other networking services had occupied a significant CPU power. Hence, I went Services to close the Service host, and I got internet after that. Nevertheless, my computer was frozen few hours after I restarted. Screen and applications start to refresh wh
