Windows 10: Windows behaves strange on start up Explorer.exe?

Hello All,I am having this issue for a long time now on 2 different windows 10 and 11When I start my PC it runs and load the log in screen. I put my PIN in and it loads the task bar and nothing else. If I click the mouse whole screen becomes white and freezes for 2- 5 sec and it loads the icons. However the try bar is almost empty with only 2-3 apps running. After 2 - 3 - 5 resets it loads normally.What I have tested so far ram and ssd all brand new changed. I had this issue on win 10 and now on win 11 both new installs with formatted ssd. I was advise to look at the event log and this is t

Keyboard behaves strange on windows 10

Hi.

I'm using Windows 10 and today I noticed that when I press the alt button it behaves very strange. For example when I press alt button when chrome is active windows first time it types "\ g" and in address bar activates google search. Second time I press alt
button it writes "0\ " band makes chrome full screen. If I press the alt button two times in row it opens a Ctrl+alt+delete menu, but when I press Ctrl+alt+delete system doesn't react. Sometimes it opens a new chrome windows or opens "Save as..." dialog box.

When I click on desktop and press left alt button start menu opens, but right alt button does nothing.

When i press left alt button on "File Explorer" sometimes it opens Ctrl+alt+delete menu, sometimes makes "File Explorer" full screen, when pressing the right one steps on folders, or opens new "File Explorer" window.

Please help.

Windows Explorer Replacement?

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
