    Windows behavior on build 19h1_release 18363


    Reinstalled windows due to odd behavior. A few things I find odd have occurred since:

    1. all my windows diagnostic folders are empty despite having a folder name looks like they may be being deleted.
    2. Two Microsoft virtual wi-fi adapters were deployed despite me not initiating any script.
    3. Ethernet adaptor also being used no ethernet port on my laptop
    4. I attempted to sign up for find my device and a message came up saying that an administrator tried to find this device. However, I should be the only account admin so there is no reason why the device finder would not work. When I clicked it, it did nothing
    5. S-1-5-21 SID user being generated
    6. Hidden networks on computer with full connectivity. I cannot view them.
    7. I am not able to view diagnostic folders despite being an admin not sure if this is normal or not
    8. Windows task manager doesn't display anything but program name and an option to end task.
    9. I'm not able to turn off windows developer.


    Most worrying, I am not able to disable remote desktop connections or disable powershell from running without signing. The box to click apply literally becomes unclickable.


    I am running a brand new install of above windows build.

    I have discovered that once upgraded to Windows 10 build 18363 from build 18362, domain users no longer have the option to use Photos. Local users still have the option but domain users do not. I have verified that this behavior is not the fault of a group
    policy as down grading back to build 18362 fixes the issue. Does Microsoft have any time frame in fixing this issue?

    Windows 10 Full Update 1909, 18363.657 Build 18363

    Received notice, on my computer, that I needed to take the free update to windows 10 before my current version expired.

    I updated, the whole OS on 02/23/2020. Specs:= 1909, 18363.657, Build 18363. I now CANNOT change my default browser identification. Microsoft Edge is set as default, surprise, and I can't seem to change it to anything else, e.g. Firefox

    Suggestions???
