Windows 10: Windows Being Laggy and I Can't Revert

Ok so, windows updated by itself around 2 days ago. And now, I'm trying to revert due to that it's very laggy and I can't do anything with it. Then I try to revert, it says that the files has been deleted. I don't know why the hell would this happen because as long as I remember, it was like after 7 days. Does anyone have a sollution for this? If no, may Microsoft fix this lag issue so that we can at least have fun? I seriously don't want to come onto my laptop just to see people with the same laptop watching videos at 1080p and while if I try to watch 720p, it just lags out insanely.

lags or freezes in Windows and check if it works.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
