Windows 10: Windows believes English is my system language when it isn't.

Hello, I am having an issue where my Windows 10 system believes English is my system langauge, when it is not.As you can see from the image below, trying to uninstall English langauge pack through lpksetup.exe is not allowed.The message reads "The language is the system language the default language of user interface.", which is not.I already tried solving this problem through settings, powershell and regedit, all of them believe English langauge pack is not even installed on my system.Whatever I do on settings/powershell/regedit does not last.English language comes back alive at some point

English (United States) for adding language is greyed.

The step where a list of optional languages are displayed.

The US English is presently not installed, and there is no other language except a base language which came with W10 22H2.

Edit: So I just installed the US English. That is it. The US English is greyed because I took the first step of "Add Language" and forgot completing whole steps.

 

Microsoft no english language windows for you!

After visiting the official Microsoft software download service and entering my Win 7 ultimate 64 product key I noticed out of the two dozen languages listed English version was missing! anyone else notice this?

Wasn't an OEM copy though it was a promotional copy given to me for free. Anyhow don't you think it's odd that every language but English be on the list?!

I was able to download the Hebrew version just fine. Not a big deal to add the English language pack using the Nlite app. Thing is there was a time you could download these iso's from digital river but MS shut that down so now all we have are Torrents which is shady if you ask me.
