Windows 10: Windows Black Screen Error After Recovery Reset

Hello, I wanted to reset my computer to factory settings as it was starting to get slow and wanted to wipe it clean. I used the recovery option and allowed it to reinstall windows without any of my files did not want them, had already made a backup. Anyway I allowed my Dell XPS all in one reset this over the course of a few hours and when I came back I saw a blank black screen.


Every time I move my mouse it gets reset back to the center of the black screen and disappears, only for me to move it away and then it goes back. I know my keyboard is working as I have already done Windows key+contol+shift+b and have tried to go through other process. I can go into the bios and change from what drive to boot from, but other than that my compiter is dead.


I have run Dell’s hardware check through the bios and all of my computer functions gave me a healthy sign. I haven’t found any other instance of this on the fourms, and I have not set up anything on the reset version of Windows 10 I have installed so I am a bit lost?


Note: This is happening before login, right after computer boots up, black screen with house going to center, keyboard working, graphic drivers seem ok can’t really change them as I have no access to windows anyway, so can anyone at the very least point me in the right direction?


Also please don’t point me to Microsft’s black screen page, I have done everything there several times over and nothing changed.
