Windows 10: Windows black screen on startup

Hi there, I just recently reset my pc to try to fix an issue with the startup but it did not work. Specifically the problem happens right when I turn on my pc. When I boot up my system for the first time, everything turns on normally like my monitors, my fans, and the lights on my peripherals. When it's booted up and should be at the windows login, my primary screen goes black and doesnt show the login screen. I've tried to see if it was my monitor but i can use the menu options and switch to different display outputs normally. The weird part about it is my second monitor is still backlit from booting up, while my main monitor is completely black. Everytime this happens, I have to force shut down my system by holding the power button for some time until it turns off and I can turn it on again. When I turn it back on, it finally get to the windows login screen and I get no more problems. So it only happens on first startup. Someone please help. This has been going on for quite a while and has been quite a nuisance.

Storage(that windows is installed): intel 660p 1TB m.2 drive

Headset: corsair void pro wireless

Primary monitor: ASUS VG248 144hz Gaming monitor

Secondary monitor: LG 24BK430H 1080p 24" IPS Monitor

  When you say “Now, nothing is on my desktop” what exactly are you referring to?
  
• 
  Are you getting black screen after Sign in?

windows 7 startup black screen problem

All of sudden my laptop hanged and loud noise and black screen appeared , thereafter it is unable to start, I tried running startup repair but it has not helped as well.

I am able to run in safe mode but not normally. Tried even starting from last known best config but it is also not starting it, just showing black screen.

If I go to recovery manager while launching startup repair, it I'd showing option to restore windows, will it remove all data rrom all partitions ? I have 3 total partition apart from recovery drive, all main data in other drive than c drive where windows is installed..
