Windows 10: windows blackscreen on startup

    Whenever my pc goes off and I restart it, it brings up a blackscreen and doesn't proceed further. The fan is still working. The only solution I have got is removing the battering and re-intalling it. The challenge is that, the battery is internal and I have to open the pc case every time.I have tried to re-install windows but the problem persists. I'm really at the end of the rope. I fear that constantly opening the pc may cause damage to internal components. The Pc is only one month old.Its a : hp 250 g8, intel core 5, 4 gb ram, 1tb hdd
