Windows 10: Windows blank restarting screen after install

So I have just replaced my mobo, cpu and ram as my old lot wouldn't load up at all and the parts were starting to get out of date. Having downloaded Windows 64-bit installation media, placed it on a USB, selected the ssd I wanted it on and installed it on there. I have got all the way through to where it restarts at the end. Now, as it restarts itself, it continually starts and stops loading up (not shutting down and rebooting) with it being stuck on a completely black screen. I have cleared and reinstalled windows on both ssds, retrospectively changed changed boot ordered with no avail.

Worth noting that I wiped my hdd and ssds but windows 32-bit was installed on one, which did boot up and was useable. The onky reason I wiped it as my new processor can handle 64-bit

Any help would be massively appreicated

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows booting to blank screen after safe mode

Click these keys whenever you see a black screen:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:
List of PC brands with their corresponding hot-keys

List the installed antivirus software.
