    Windows blue screen error after every time I start my pc


    Hey guys,So yesterday my pc just turned off randomly when I was playing. Since then every time I start the computer it gives me a blue screen error. I can’t even get into the advanced startup options. I’ve recently upgraded my whole setup cpu, gpu, memory, m.2, motherboard, and other hardware and everything worked perfectly. The only thing I didn’t upgrade was my 550w psu. Than after 3-4 months I bought a new graphics card RTX 2060 6GB to have better performance and the psu was still enough to run the pc, but as I said my pc is not working now. So I wondered if maybe the psu is the cause o

    after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

    Hi Jon,

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

    We would like to know some information:

    • Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?

    Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:


    • What is the make and model of your computer?

    • Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
    The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
