Windows 10: Windows Blue Screen of Death doesn't actually fit on-screen

Hello,I have noticed for a while now, that when i get a bsod, the qr code doesn't actually fit on screen. This isn't too much of a problem, as I never use the qr code, however I was wondering how I could fix it. Wndows is set to 1366x768 which is my monitor resoltuion.

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well

If anyone happens to know the error called "DRIVE_IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS" please let me know. It says that on the blue screen of death I call it.
