Windows 10: Windows blue screens while updating

Months ago, I changed the default install location for apps via Regedit from C: Drive to D: Drive as I was getting sick of apps that would automatically install on the default, which has limited space on it.Ever since then, Windows Update blue screens during installation after taking an insanely long time, is there any way to fix this without changing settings/files? I have been on the same Windows 11 preview update since April.

Startup Blue Screen

• Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
• Have you tried booting in Safe mode?

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well
