Windows 10: Windows Bluetooth Can’t find Wii remote

I checked every video and Article about how to connect my Wii remote to my computer. Most of it is either through adding a device Bluetooth or Devices and printers, but I count find “NVL-CNT-01” anywhere multiple times. The other suggestions were “Dolphin Emulator will find it.” And I doesn’t, or a downloadable program to help that’s so outdated, the page isn’t there anymore.I have a Windows 11 computer and a RVL-0003 Wii remote. Any help is appreciated.

Connecting a Wii Remote through Bluetooth

Try This

Start the Bluetooth device with which the Wii Remote will connect.

Press the "1" and "2" buttons together on the Wii control. The LED lights will flash on the remote. This action will activate the Wii Remote in the mode that allows it to be discovered by the Bluetooth device you wish to connect. Continue pressing the buttons
throughout the association process.

Find the Wii Remote through the Bluetooth device in the connection component. The Wii Remote will be identified by the connection device as "NINTENDO-RVT-CNT-01".

Click on the "Next" button. When asked for a security code or PIN, click on the "Skip" button and leave the field blank.

Click on the "Keyboard / Mouse / HID Service" and click "OK". The Wii Remote now appears in the list of connected devices.

Wii Remote not connecting on Windows 11

I understand that Wii Remote can't connect to Windows 11

Since Wii Remote is a third-party hardware, please tell me, did you connect it through Bluetooth?

Is there any error code appear when connecting?

If your others devices can connect to Windows through Bluetooth, then the error may caused by the incompatibility between Windows 11 and your Wii Remote, you may please contact the official website of the hardware on how to connect to Windows 11.

You can try the following steps and check if that helps:

• If you are using a Wii console with model number RVL 001, check the GameCube Controller sockets to see if anything is attached to the console. If an accessory has been left plugged in, the console may be looking for input from that
  accessory instead of from the Wii Remote or Classic Controller.
  
• Clear the syncs on the console.
  How to
• Try a new set of batteries. Sometimes weak batteries can cause these types of problems to occur.
  
• Reset the Wii Remote.
  How to
• Make sure there aren't any other buttons being pressed. For example, the B Button might be held down on the bottom of the
  Wii Remote, the Wii Remote Jacket may be misaligned and pressing buttons down, etc.
• Check the game's instruction manual to make sure the game uses the button(s) that is/are
  not responding. Some games do not use all of the
  Wii Remote's buttons or features.
• Click here to see if the game is listed in our individual Game Disc troubleshooting.
