Windows Bluetooth Will not connect to Any Android Devices

For more than two years I have been a user of Phone Link. But recently my Calls feature on Phone link stopped working. To rectify this, I tried re pairing my phone. Reset the Phone link on both Android Buit in and in Windows. I even signed out of my Microsoft account on both devices and tried to log in again. The phone does get paired. But Bluetooth connection will not stay connected. I tried to manually connect Bluetooth on both devices manually. Still no success. The device does show up on the paired list, but it won't establish a connection with the phone. Windows does say that it is connec

  2. Android Bluetooth can't pair / connect to Windows 10

Hi, Im having trouble pairing / connecting my S9 to Windows desktop/laptops with bluetooth.

I see the device on my phone and go trough pairing but when I'm finished on desktop/laptops it finishes with success and on phone it saiz could not pair. Sometimes it ends with adding the device to known
list but when I want to connect phone to desktop / laptops it can't connect.

I've tried this on 2 compleately different laptops and one desktop pc with wifi / bluetooth card without any luck. The phone connects to other bluetooth devices eg. gopro or bluetooth headphones without any
problems. Also windows machines connects to the mentioned devices just fine.

As troubleshooting steps I've tried suggested things in other threads as clearing all caches and files stored from bluetooth android services reseting network settings but without any luck. I've updated all
bluetooth drivers, tried wiping cache partition. I've also triad it on other smartphones with different versions of android but the issue is the same.

    Audio on connected Bluetooth devices

I'm having a weird problem that I can't figure out and it's driving me nuts.

All that I'm attempting to do is to listen to the podcasts that I have on my Android smart phone through the speakers on my computer via Bluetooth. This worked in Win 8, but since upgrading to 10 I'm encountering a problem.

The computer will pair with the phone with no issues. It will also connect with the device via Bluetooth, no issues there either. But I can't make it pull the audio from the phone. When connected, the audio still plays through the phone, and not the computer.

I've poked around audio settings, and can't find anything. I installed drivers specific to the phone, that did not work. I also went to Dell's site and installed Bluetooth drivers that are specific to my computer. No change.

    Any suggestions?

Bluetooth not showing devices, won't connect new devices

    I'm on Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2.
Windows Bluetooth Will not connect to Any Android Devices 383164d1673480821t-bluetooth-not-showing-devices-wont-connect-new-devices-pc-info.jpg
I'm on a laptop using the built-in Intel Wireless chip, which also comes with Bluetooth. I'm using one Bluetooth device - a headset, Jabra Evolve 65 - every day without issues.
Windows Bluetooth Will not connect to Any Android Devices 383165d1673480852t-bluetooth-not-showing-devices-wont-connect-new-devices-device-manager.jpg
Now I acquired another Bluetooth device - a game controller - and I cannot get the PC to detect it. My Android phone finds and connects to both the old headset and the new controller, so the peripheral devices shouldn't be at fault. After an extended online research, I found that something more fundamental is off with my Bluetooth - there seems to usually be a list of devices, both paired and "foreign, but detected", that is just missing from my interface.

I cannot be sure, but that list might just be missing ever since, I never paid attention. The Bluetooth on/off toggle works as intended, my headset disconnects and reconnects as expected. By the way, the "printer and devices" window is also empty, even though I do have a printer, mouse and keyboard up and running (and showing in device manager). The issues seem related, according to online searches. Windows Update is up to date and so is the Bluetooth driver, according to device manager. I removed every Bluetooth-related entry from device manager and restarted, they showed up again as per screenshot (automatically re-installed on restart, I reckon). I completed both an SFC scan and a DISM scan. I checked services.msc and both the Bluetooth and the printer spooler services are up and running. The issue persists. Any ideas?
