Windows 10: Windows boot failed

Hello there, I recently purchased a 240GB SSD to add to my laptop storage. I have a 1TB HDD and 240GB SSD.I placed the HDD in the HDD slot and replaced the SSD with my DVDROM using a caddy. so I tried to install a fresh windows on the SSD as its much faster than HDD. the issue happened when the windows placed the 'System reserved' and 'Recovery partition' in the HDD instead of SSD. so by far, I have windows 10 folders such as 'system32' , 'windows' , 'program files' and so on all installed on my SSD and my own personal files in the HDD plus the 'system reserved' and 'recovery partition'.so by

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
