    Windows Boot Failure


    I have my own "gaming" pc that runs on windows 10 OS but lately when I turn it on it won't boot to windows. Normally I can fix this buy doing a system restore to a few days ago and I can run the pc but now it won't even take my microsoft password to let me reset it. Does anyone know how I can force reset my pc without my password. I want to completely remove everything i'll install windows again. Customer Support has been zero help they don't let me contact a person even though they're "online" support is useless!

    Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

    to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

    to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
    Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....

    Windows 10 reset failures. Computer won't boot now and getting frustrated.

    Hi Alfred,

    To help you with your concern regarding the reset failure, let me suggest you to do a startup repair. Kindly follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key
    • Hold Shift key then click Restart
    • You'll be prompted to the Advance Startup Options
    • Select Troubleshoot
    • Advanced options
    • Startup repair
