Windows 10: Windows boot files missing?

Discus and support Windows boot files missing? in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Every few restarts and shutdowns, i get greeted by a boot loop, for no appearent reason.     Windows boot files missing?


    Every few restarts and shutdowns, i get greeted by a boot loop, for no appearent reason. So i go through bootrec, get my boot files back, and then again a couple hours/days later the same issue.     windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    its not my pc , my bros dell xps , he boots it and right where it goes into boot log , it halts and says windows/system32/hal.dll file missing , replace
