Windows 10: Windows boot loop and can't go into safe mode

Hello. When I turn on my pc, it will go to the ASUS logo, black screen, ASUS logo again, and then shut itself down and then turns itself back on repeating the same steps.

I tried a few methods on youtube like adjusting the RAM stick, replacing the battery, and cleaning the dust. I haven't tried resetting the cmos yet because I can't figure out which thing is cmos and don't want to accidentally break any parts.

I eventually resorted to factory resetting my pc. But I can't get into safe mode because my pc shuts itself down before it reaches the "windows circle" starts spinning.

Would appreciate it a lot if someone could help me. Thanks.

Boot loop after update no safe mode option-repair fails- restore fails

Last night around 9pm I noticed the pc was doing another update. Endless boot loop again. I ran through the steps from yesterday with one new result and it will not boot.

 

Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10  


I am stuck in Safe Mode in spite of following all the suggested steps to go back to Normal Startup - Like opening file location of msconfig.exe & running as Administrator. The computer I am trying to get out of safe mode has just been updated from Windows 7.
