Windows 10: Windows boot manager boot failure

Upon every start I am getting the message that the windows boot failed, and put a recovery disk. Pressing f8 or any other key doesn't do anything while I attempt to restart the machine. Somebody please advise. Thanks.

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....

 

Quad booting

I would use Grub if I were you to.manage the OS boot list rather than Windows boot manager. I've had much better luck over the years that way...more stable, easier to fix, easy to modify.
