  1. Windows Boot Manager Misses a Windows Boot Option

Hello to the community! I am facing a problem with my metro Bootloader...I am using a Dual boot system. One is at Disk E: and one is at Disc C: It was working normally... I think that after Windows 11 at disk E: made an update but not sure this was the reason the bootloading options changed to these ones at the following picture:https://i.postimg.cc/rpG3kn4b/viber-image1.jpgThis means I now get two WIndows Boot Manager options on volume 6 !When I press those it does not find any boot system there !Windows 11 on volume 8 default - Disk C: it works normally and it boots...Following are als

    Boot Manager Is Missing

You need to use the Bootrec.exe tool in the Windows Recovery Environment. For that you need to boot into Recovery Environment and perform a "Startup Repair". If that fails then boot into WinRE again, and go to the "Command Prompt" and execute this command:

    Bootrec.exe /RebuildBcd

Restore boot manager when it is missing or compressed
Use Bootrec.exe in the Windows RE to troubleshoot startup issues - Microsoft Support

Windows 7 & XP Boot Problem

I did as that said, and was able to get back into Windows 7, but I did not have the option of going into XP. Response two on that page deals with that and says...

I did all that, upon rebooting Windows XP was listed as an option but selecting it doesn't work. I get a message saying something is missing or corrupt. I'm confused what drive letter I was supposed to use during the quoted method of adding XP support. While in Windows, the drive with XP is labeled as E:, but if I go into Windows setup it says the drive with XP is called C:. I had put E:, so perhaps it was supposed to be C...but while in Windows 7, the Windows 7 drive is called C:.

My current situation is that XP wouldn't work at all, but 7 would. I decided to reinstall XP again to be in the same situation as before. I'm unsure how to get them both working.

    Windows XP no boot

I have a no boot issue in windows XP. It just keeps giving me the "no boot device" or something similar. It will boot from the Windows XP Home disk without any issues. I have tried replacing the boot.ini, fixmbr, and fixboot. None of these have worked. I even went so far as to doing the repair by installing Windows XP Home. When it rebooted it still gave me the same reading.

I can get it to boot from a Paragon Rescue disk though. I am at a loss on this one. My next step is to run a boot virus check I suppose, as this system had over 300 trojans, virus' and malware.

This is a friends computer that has a bunch of his work related documents so I don't want to reformat or anything unless it has to.
