Windows 10: Windows Boot Manager not loading anymore.

Hello,


This started happening last month when I tried using this program called Linux File Systems for Windows by Paragon Software and the drive I wanted to read/write on wasn't showing, so I started messing with the settings and started messing with the format new volume option. I then messed around with all the options, clicking format after each option, making my way down the list. This didn't seem to help with what I was doing so I just exit the program and shut off my pc. When I tried turning it back on, Ubuntu kept loading up from the jump, which was weird because windows boot manager had priority. I then took out the usb stick that ubuntu was flashed on, and everytime I tried booting up windows, the screen would go black, then it would take me back to the uefi bios menu. Not sure what I did to harm windows, and I was hoping someone on here could atleast help with what's wrongor make any sense of what I did to mess up windows. :

Windows 10 Boot Manager error 0xc000000f

Hi,

The error code you're getting might be due to corruption of some boot files which help the Windows operating system to boot or load on the computer. We suggest performing a Startup repair on your computer. It will help to repair the master boot record to
get things up and running again.Kindly check the steps below:

• To access the recovery environment, turn your computer on and off three times. While booting, make sure you turn off the computer when you see the Windows logo.
  
• Once you're in the recovery screen, click on Advanced options.
  
• Click on Troubleshoot, then Advanced options.
• Lastly, select Startup Repair.

My Windows 10 system loads to Boot manager when starting up

Hi,

I realize that the Windows Boot manager shows up every time you start the system.
Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Did you previously had dual boot setup?

You may follow the below steps and check if it helps.

1. Press Windows Key + R Key, Run window will appear.

2. Type msconfig and hit enter. System configuration box will open.

3. Select the boot tab, now check you see other OS apart from Windows 10 listed.

4. Select the Windows 10 option in the list.

5. Click "Set as default".

6. Now if the time out sets as 30 seconds after clicking on Set as default, you may change it to 0.

7. Click on Apply.

8. Now restart the system and check.
