Windows 10: Windows boot manager

so I deleted the windows file because I got the blue screen of death and when I was reinstalling windows I deleted the file and then my screen froze up and gave me a blue screen and now it keeps opening windows boot manager and it will not let me out of it. I tried loading it up in to safe mode but that would not work and it says "the boot configuration data for your pc is missing or contains errors. And it keeps turning off and on like every minute. I can get into the bios tho and it say status 0xc000000f.

Or at the very least, make sure that your hard drive boot order is correct, because it will take the first writable drive in the boot list to determine where to put the boot loader. As Jester suggested, pop the Windows install disk in, make sure your boot order is correct (or unplug the drive,) and run repair. It's really that simple.
