Windows 10: Windows Boot Manager

Hi! Haven't been on my laptop in a few weeks and as soon as I turned it on today it loaded up Boot Menu and is showing 1. Windows Boot Manager. Nothing is taking me off the page and I'm unable to do anything. Anyone know how to fix this?? I'm not great with technology. Laptop is a Lenovo.

Or at the very least, make sure that your hard drive boot order is correct, because it will take the first writable drive in the boot list to determine where to put the boot loader. As Jester suggested, pop the Windows install disk in, make sure your boot order is correct (or unplug the drive,) and run repair. It's really that simple.
