Windows 10: Windows Boot Not Working

I have an MSI laptop GE62 7RE Apache Pro and after restarting it a couple of time its still keeps loading same screen and showing the this message:


Log: F:\Recovery\WindowsRE\Winre.wim\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrial.txt ?


Ive already tried Start-up Repair and Start-up settings but both didnt work.


Ive also tried using the command prompt but it keeps telling me the the file cant be found windows\system32\config


I dont know what else i can do.


I think my only option is to download Windows 10 and try to installing it.


Any ideas ?

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
