Windows 10: Windows boot takes about 20-30 minutes

I have this error for like 4 weeks and I think narrowed it down to some SSD driver problem. I've recorded the boot process and used performance analyzer. I found out that Boot session init phase takes the most time and freezes the boot process, the only thing going on the whole time are some StorPort Events with "\Device\RaidPort3". In sysinfo I found "3 - inferred; WARNING: Disk configuration information is invalid."I've already ran the chkdsk and dism, scannow commands.

Windows 10 takes 20 minutes to boot

I have a three-year-old MSI laptop running Windows 10. Recently, it has taken forever to boot. Initially, the slow down was a "mere" 2-3 minutes, but now it's about 20 minutes to go from POST to the Windows 10 login.

I found this answer in my search:

Redirecting. Unfortunately, it didn't help. Here is everything I've tried:

• Disable fast book
  Ran SFC scan - no errors found
  Cleared up space on my booting drive
  "Clean boot" - disable all the startup apps (as described on the linked page)
  Ram test using mdsched.exe - no errors found
  Set the PC to best performance (text looks quite ugly now)
  

The last solution I can find is to reset Windows 10. I'd rather avoid that if I can. Any final suggestions?

 

OS update caused Windows-10 to lock up after 20-30 minutes

An OS update from about a week or two ago caused headphone audio out to go dead (even though the control panel does see the signal) AND Windows-10 locks up after 20-30 minutes, regardless of activity. Need suggestions for resolving these issues.

 

Windows 7 taking 30 to boot

Tried all suggested.

No difference, still taking 30 minutes to boot.
