    Windows boot


    Without my graphics card inside my pc, it attempts to boot but it doesn’t boot fully. It will either show a screen with a blinking cursor, or a windows logo without it loading. With the graphics card in, it just shows a black screen. I’ve tried to reset the CSMOS battery, but no luck. And when I turn the computer off, it instantly turns of, usually you would have to press it and a few seconds later it will turn of.
