    Windows Booted Up Weird Today


    So this morning i was greeted by a welcome screen from windows 10 like those welcome screens when you fresh install windows 10 asking me default my browser to edge and telling me to connect my phone i've declined edge offer duh and click remind me later on connect phone deal.Was this some kinda bug or was this intended. I'm on 2004 19041.928

    Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

    to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

    to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
    Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
