Windows 10: Windows Booting Errors D:\windows\system32\logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt windows 10

I have had this problem occur on multiple instances. I have attempted the chkdsk/f, chkdsk/r commands, to no avail. CMD returns with "Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems. No further action is required." To fix the problem, I had to uninstall and reinstall windows on my SSD, and it has solved the problem and I am able to use my computer for a duration before it occurrs again. This problem however, has happened multiple times. I cannot pinpoint what is continually causing this issue. I have redownloaded windows on my HDD this time to see if it may be my SSD. I have run crystal disk, to check my SSD health and it returns with 93% health. Could this problem be a motherboard issue, PSU issue, or is it strictly software? Thank you for the help. (File explorer also ran into an issue as well previously, I do not know if this issue could be related.)

This error i am receiving on my computer when i try to start my pc.The windows runs automatic repairs and diagnosing error and comes up with this error.please help.

If you followed the directions at the link I gave you, you should have download the Media Creation Tool. You need to run that which will then download the files necessary to create a bootable USB flash drive or create a ISO file. It is not in any way bootable.
