Windows 10: windows border issues

I mentioned before in another thread some issues with windows applications border, and got a snarky reply from a username I can't remember these are the actual specific issues, they aren't a case of "not liking the way it looks" preference, they are functionality issues which affect productivity, these are all things which weren't an issue in Windows 7 - they appear to have all intents and purposes been broken the desired behaviour is to have various windows which snap to screen top and taskbar, but which have vertical edges at various points along the screen think something like this - 2 w

• Were there any changes on your device before the issue occur?
