Windows 10: Windows BSOD after upgrading to Premiere Pro CC 2019

The BSOD starts to appear frequently after I upgraded my Premiere Pro CC from 2018 to 2019. The stopcode is SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. No file name was given after the stopcode. I can use Windows again after crashing and restarting. The minidumps are athere. I am using Nvidia gtx 940mx. All my drivers and Windows 10 are up-to-date. Any help is appreciated.

AMD and Adobe recently announced expanded OpenCL support for Adobe Premiere Pro CC at the National Association of Broadcasters Show 2013, including multi-stream and mixed format accelerated workflows with real-time effects, color grading and finishing with hardware-accelerated rendering to the chosen final destination format. Today AMD announced support for additional OpenCL-accelerated features with the announcement of Adobe Premiere Pro CC including OpenCL hardware-powered rendering with Adobe Media Encoder CC for Adobe Premiere Pro CC projects and multi-GPU support. Base Filtering Engine blocks Adobe Premiere Pro at startup

I seem to have fixed the problem using the following steps:

Uninstalled Premiere Pro on my normal profile

Uninstalled Creative Cloud on my normal profile

Logged in on the new Admin profile

Installed Creative Cloud

Installed Premiere Pro

Installed CC++ 2017

Ran Premiere

Premiere is working on both Admin and regular profile now.

No idea what ended up fixing it. Thanks for the help.

I fixed this with Adobe a short time ago and it has reverted back to this. I cannot open the Lumetri Color tab in the program.... ideas?
