Windows 10: Windows BSOD DMP file. Please analyze.

My laptop recently crashed and spent a good 5 minutes on the BSOD before restarting. I have attached the minidump zip link. Would anyone assist me in finding out what the issue was? Thank you. dmp file zip

Can someone help me analyze the dmp file from a recent BSOD. Its happening on our Surface Laptop 5s when they are on Windows 11.

So your best bet would be to post the .dmp files here:

Zip or upload the contents of C:\Windows\minidump

If the BSOD is very rare, then you can just ignore it. If it happens a lot, it's worth looking at.

In any case, if you look at the following you will see where the issue lies:

Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!KiPageFault+525 )

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)

An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an

interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually

caused by drivers using improper addresses.

ntkrnlmp.exe is usually spit out when the analyzer you used couldn't read the file correctly.

In any case, I would look at your drivers in device manager, and make sure everything is up to date.
