Windows 10: Windows BSOD during update or attempt to make media creation tool

Hi there,So recently I updated my PC with new parts. I changed the motherboard, CPU, RAM and graphics card and added a NVME m.2 memory stick.Before the upgrade my pc was running fine on Windows 10 installed on an SSD. However after the upgrade it first ran into a boot issue where it wouldn't post. After about 3 restarts it turned on and ran fine for a little while. Enough to get me to attempt to install windows 11 on the NVME. Unfortunatly I got a BSOD during install pretty much corrupting the entire windows install. The PC got stuck in a boot loop where sometimes it would boot to safe mode,
