  1. Windows BSOD then time format changed

    Hi,

I know this sounds weird, but my PC has been acting weird recently. I did multiple sfc /scannow and dism commands, reinstalled Windows with apps and data kept option, updated multiple drivers, and ran the "Chkdsk /f /r" command yesterday. The boot screen told me it was repaired and I didn't find any problems anymore, as before I kept getting random BSODs and my PC constantly hangs for no reason. I also checked the SSD and RAM, which I found no problem. The date format in the log screen was changed back to 24-hour format, as it was set before. However, I got an Unexpected Store Exception Error or something around this all in a sudden and the time format of the log screen is changed into 12-hour format.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

    :)

    Changing Time Format

    Hi Mary,

There's a possibility that the set up time format in your computer Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) is military time. To have this checked, you can try to reset the time of your computer through Control Panel. See the steps below on how to do
    so:

    • Open Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region >
Change date, time, or number formats. This would open the
      Region
      window.
    • From there, click on Additional settings at the bottom part. It will open the Customize Format.
    • Click Reset; then, OK.

The steps should work; however, if not, we suggest that you contact manufacturer and have the BIOS time checked.

Let us know what happens after doing the suggestions .
