    Hello,I have a Lenovo X1 carbon 7th gen and started encoutering the BSOD timeout when it wakes up from overnight sleep. I had a similar situation 2 weeks ago but thought it got fixed after I updated BIOS and Intel Mangement Firmware 12.0 the lenovo support page said those needed updating after scanning the laptop. The problem did stop for 1 week, but now has started again for some reason. I have not installed any new programs. BSOD does not happen if immediately waking from sleep or even up to 6 hours of sleep. Has happened after waking up from overnight though. I have linked the minidum

    WIN32K_POWER_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT after waking up from sleep

    When waking up from sleep, laptop will enter a bluescreen with error message / stopcode of WIN32K_POWER_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. Can't seem to find any solution online.

    Hi Prakhar,

    The steps you suggested did not solve the problem. I am still experiencing the BSOD when waking the computer from sleep. If you have an other suggestions they'd be greatly appreciated.

    BSOD after overnight wake up

    Hello,

    I have a Lenovo T460, which all of a sudden started to BSOD after waking up from its overnight sleep (lid down). This has happened the last three mornings. When it goes to sleep during the day (with or without closing the lid), this does not happen, though
    this has only been for a couple of hours, max. The only difference I notice after the post-BSOD restart is that the desktop icons have lined up in default order.

    ATtached is the report from msinfo32. I read in another thread that this was to be attached for analysis. I can see there are overnight errors under "Windows Error Reporting", but couldn't decipher the problem.

    Please let me know if any additional information is needed.
