Windows 10: Windows bugs out when watching YouTube and Playing Minecraft sometimes

Hello, I've been experiencing this issue that I can't find anywhere, My computer just randomly breaks and cuts all audio, and some applications refuse to load but others work to some extent. I've tried to look for errors to no avail, and when I check usage it has 0% on everything on task manager when in this glitched state. It only happens when using YouTube or playing Minecraft. When playing GTA or any game on Steam it never happens. I've also tried updating my Drivers to no Avail, even factory resetting hasn't fixed it so maybe its hardware related?I don't know if this will be useful but I'l

Unable to play YouTube or Netflix

Since upgrading to the latest version of Windows 10 Pro I am now unable to play YouTube or Netflix

I am using a Lenovo Yoga Book Windows version 10.0.18363

Netflix say:

• Perform Windows updates​

- this is what caused the issue and i am now on the latest version

• If you are using the Windows 10 N or Windows 10 KN edition, we suggest downloading the Windows Media Feature Pack.

- this is not applicable for my version

YouTube videos not playing on Nokia Lumia

I have a Nokia Lumia 635 with Windows 8.1, and recently I'm getting a "this video is not playable" message on some videos on YouTube, mostly studio tracks. They play on my pc though. Is it YouTube or is it my phone? Is there anything I can do about it?
The videos are in my likes list but I cant watch them on my phone. Unplayable videos used to not come up in search results either and now they do as of the last few days. : ( Suggestions?
