Windows 10: "Windows Build" Issue; PC restarting over and over again.

[COLOR=rgba0, 0, 0, 1]MyHP laptop has been giving me trouble since Monday. I'll be using itand all of a sudden I get a message that says, “Windows rebuild raninto a problem and needs to restart.” Sometimes there is a messageattached to it. A couple of times it said “support- memorymanagement” another time it said “IRQL Less not equal.” Ithappened 3x on Monday during a Zoom group, 2x on Tuesday, 2x onWednesday. Wednesday night as the computer rebooted, it downloaded anupdate. “Maybe this is the fix,” I thought. Well, it did this2x today. I don't have the money to fix this. My laptop is 3 yearsold; warranty expired. It's an HP laptop running on Windows 10,intel CORE i5 7th generation. I got this message again, today 2/5. I sure hope someone can help me. I need my laptopdesperately for my mental health. I do journaling, and attend Zoomgroups at a special program that I can no longer attend now becauseof the pandemic. I need it to pay bills and do all the vital thingsthat we all do. I don't have any friends or family to speak with and I'm isolated. My laptop is my only lifeline to others. I could end up in the hospital over this, to be honest. I cannot be cut off from human contact. This would destroy me. If you can help, I'd appreciate highly. Do NOT have money for repairs or replacement.[/COLOR]

Restarting issue with my new build

Hey guys, I build my first pc over the weekend and it was running great. I was very excited when it turned on and booted up properly but there was an issue the next day. It would reset itself every so often. First every fee hours and then every few minutes. For that reason I think it may be an overheating issue but I don't know anything about computers, I was surprised this thing first turned on. Any suggestions on why it keeps resetting? It boots up windows, and logs me in, then after a while it just resets. No blue screen or anything.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
